Situated in the city centre of picturesque
Amsterdam above Gallery ARTACASA close to
the river Amstel and the Skinny bridge you
find this luxury apartment of 50 m2. The
quiet unspoiled neighbourhood is in the
heart of the old centre. B&B ARTACASA is
close to the famous Waterloo flea market,
Rembrandt square and centrally located
within close distance of all main
attractions.
APARTMENT
The apartment is a cosy place on the first
floor with a view over the gardens of the
Keizersgracht. The house dates from 1845 and
has characteristic details and small doors
but is modern refurbished.
The sunny spacious living area with large
windows is perfect to relax after a day
exploring museums, terraces and the historic
city. The bedroom at the quiet backside of
the house has a comfortable double bed and a
study corner with high-speed ADSL and Wifi
wireless connection. Audiovisual TV/DVD/CD
and printer and central heating are also
available. Cotton linens and bath towels and
2 bathrobes are available during your stay.
The small private bathroom comes with a
bathtub with shower, toilet and small basin.
There is a refrigerator with complimentary
drinks and a coffee, tea and juice maker for
your convenience.
It's not possible to cook in the small
kitchenette but close to the apartment are
lots of good restaurants for lunch and
diner.
During your stay there will be breakfast
items in your refrigerator.
We serve hot rolls in a basket that will be
in front of your door between 09.00 and
09.30 or when convenient for you.
* It's not always possible to provide a
breakfast. The price of the apartment will
then be €.100,- instead of €.110,-. Within 1
minute walking distance you find lots of
lovely (breakfast) restaurants. My favourite is Zuivere
Koffie in the Utrechtsestraat.
EXTRA’S
It’s possible to have ARTACASA-art on your
wall. Choose from our website the artworks
that you like and you can look at them
during your stay or buy them if you can’t
live without them. As a bonus you can
purchase art with 10% discount at gallery
ARTACASA downstairs. Check our site!
