Yvonne de Ridder has been painting since 1988. In 1996 she took the ceramics course in Gouda — decorating with many colours was what allowed her to combine painting and ceramics — and in 2006 the art academy in Amsterdam.

Since 2010 she has had her own painting business in Weesp, as a house painter and colour adviser. In her free time she paints in her studio or makes drawings at home on the iPad. She also works to commission for companies, institutions and private clients; every piece is painted and signed by hand.

At ARTACASA it is her mixed-media work that hangs: small prints on aluminium with a foil layer, eleven by fifteen centimetres, with titles such as Fris Wasje and Plons!

Yvonne de Ridder schildert sinds 1988. In 1996 volgde ze de keramiekopleiding in Gouda — het decoreren met veel kleuren maakte dat ze het schilderen en de keramiek kon combineren — en in 2006 de kunstacademie in Amsterdam.

Sinds 2010 heeft ze een eigen schildersbedrijf in Weesp, als huisschilder en kleuradviseur. In haar vrije tijd schildert ze in haar atelier of maakt ze thuis tekeningen op de iPad. Daarnaast werkt ze in opdracht voor bedrijven, instellingen en particulieren; ieder stuk beschildert en signeert ze met de hand.

Bij ARTACASA hangt haar mixed-mediawerk: kleine prints op aluminium met een folielaag, elf bij vijftien centimeter, met titels als Fris Wasje en Plons!
